How many people can a private room hold?

Oak Barrel's second floor holds 30 to 180 guests, Who's on Third's room holds 80 with a patio for 60 more, and Who's on Layton's room holds 50. Oak Barrel and Who's on Third have a built‑in bar and AV, and Who's on Layton has bar service and outdoor access.

Can you bring catering to my party?

Yes. Cream City Catering cooks weddings, corporate events and dinners at your venue from a mobile kitchen, so hosting more than 180 is fine. We can also add short‑term rentals above Oak Barrel for the wedding party and a shuttle bus, all on one plan with one team.

Who plans a private event?

Our events team, led by Alexa Gruenwald, Director of Sales, Events and Marketing, plans every party, catering job, rental stay and shuttle trip. Text or call us at 414-518-6746 with the date and the headcount, and we put the rooms, the food and the bus together.

Where are the private rooms?

Oak Barrel (1033) and Who's on Third (1007) are both on Old World Third Street in downtown Milwaukee. Who's on Layton is on the south side at 512 W Layton Ave, minutes from Mitchell Airport.

What does it cost to book a private room?

Private rooms are quoted by date, headcount and menu, so there is no single posted room cost. Text us at 414-518-6746 with your date and headcount and we reply with a quote for the room that fits your party.
